Shipping policy
1. Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when the buyer, or their representative, has taken possession of the item.
If no other delivery time is specified, the seller should deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
2. Delivery method
Ledback uses "Norgespakke" for all shipments to private customers in Norway and international shipping for customers outside Norway. The package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point or your address. The order can be tracked on posten.no or in the posten app, and the local logistics handler in your country. The recipient will receive a pickup notification via SMS, email or in the app. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. The shipping time after the order has been sent from Ledback is normally 1-3 working days.
Ledback uses "Business Parcel" from Bring for all shipments to business customers in Norway. The shipment will be delivered to the recipients address between 8 am and 4 pm (or as agreed with the driver), Monday to Friday. The order can be tracked on bring.no. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. The delivery time after the order has been sent from Ledback is normally 1-3 working days. Bring contacts business customer recipients to arrange a delivery time. You will hear from us if there are any changes to the delivery time. Please note that the product is delivered in cardboard/paper packaging. Therefore, make sure to have a dry place to place the package/packages upon delivery. Ledback is not responsible for product damage that occurs as a result of the product being exposed to the weather.

3. Delivery time
The delivery time is normally 1-3 business days after it has been shipped from Ledback, with international delivery typically between 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping cost and other charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on delivery address and package size. Depending on delivery country, other charges such as VAT, customs charges, import charges etc. may apply, and are at the responsibility of the customer.
5. Uncollected packages
Unclaimed or undelivered packages will be charged with the costs incurred by Ledback for delivering the products to the buyer, in accordance with section 11 in our Terms of Service. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and the package has already been shipped, you must collect/receive the package and follow the standard withdrawal procedure as described in section 9 in our Terms of Service.
6. Transport damage
Any transport damage discovered at the time of pickup must be reported directly to the pickup location or carrier. Damage discovered later must be reported to Ledback as a complaint. Please document the damage with photos and send them to kontakt@ledback.no.
